Processing Time
Most items are made to order and ship directly from our manufacturer, so please allow ~2–3 weeks for your order to arrive.
Processing and shipping times may be longer during holidays.
Returns, Exchanges & Cancellations
All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges.
Please review sizing, product details, and your shipping address carefully before placing your order.
Cancellations are accepted within 1–2 hours of placing your order, as long as your item has not already been sent into production. Once production has started, your order cannot be canceled.
Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please email kaneohebae44@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the issue.
If the item is confirmed to be damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will arrange a replacement for you.
